Virtual assistants

A virtual assistant who doesn’t vanish.

Trained operational staff working from a supervised office, with a backup already trained on your account. Not a freelancer working from a kitchen table.

We specialise in transport and delivery operations, not general admin.

The honest comparison

Hiring one assistant solves the work. It doesn’t solve the cover.

Everyone who has hired a freelance VA has had the same week: the one where they go quiet and nothing gets done.

The single point of failure

Illness, holidays, family emergencies and resignations all land on you, because there is nobody else who knows your accounts. The work does not pause politely while you recruit again.

What a team changes

A primary assistant who knows your business, a backup already trained on it, and a supervisor watching quality. When one is away, the work carries on without you noticing.

Where we are different

We are not a marketplace.

Most virtual assistant platforms match you with an individual and step back. We are an operating company: our staff are employed, trained and supervised by us, working from our own floor with our own equipment and connectivity. That is why we can promise cover rather than just an introduction — and why we take responsibility when something goes wrong.

What they actually do

Operational work, not general admin.

We are specialists. That narrows what we take on, and it is the reason the work gets done properly.

01
Phones and bookings

Calls answered in your name, bookings taken and entered directly into your system.

02
Dispatch and tracking

Drivers assigned, acceptance chased, vehicles watched, customers updated.

03
Inbox and live chat

Email enquiries and website chat handled to your rules, not left for the morning.

04
Follow-up and admin

Confirmations, reminders, supplier chasing and the routine work that quietly eats your day.

Background

Choosing between a freelance VA and an outsourced team

Virtual assistant hiring has become straightforward: post a role, receive a hundred applications, hire within a week at a rate that seems too good to refuse. For plenty of tasks that model works well, and if the work is genuinely intermittent it is hard to beat on price.

It works less well when the work is operational — that is, when something breaks if it is not done today. Answering the phone is operational. Dispatching a driver is operational. Nobody notices a delayed spreadsheet; everybody notices an unanswered booking.

The questions that separate the two models

  • Who covers when they are away? With a freelancer the honest answer is you. With a team it is a colleague already trained on your account.
  • Where do they work? Home working means your customer data lives on a network you cannot see and cannot audit.
  • Who supervises quality? A freelancer supervises themselves. That is fine until it is not.
  • What happens if they leave? With a freelancer, your process knowledge leaves with them.
  • Who carries the employment risk? Misclassification and local employment law are real exposures when you engage individuals abroad directly.

When a freelancer is genuinely the better choice

If you need a few hours a week of flexible support, or the work is project-based and can wait, a freelance VA is cheaper and simpler and you should hire one. We would rather say that plainly than take on an account we are the wrong shape for.

Where we are the right fit is continuous operational cover: phones that must be answered, bookings that must be entered, drivers who must be dispatched — every day, including the days your assistant would otherwise be off.

Common questions

Virtual assistants, answered.

How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant on a freelance site?

A freelance VA is one person. When they are ill, on holiday, or simply stop replying, your work stops with them — and you start the hiring process again.

We provide a team: a primary assistant who knows your business, a trained backup who can step in, a supervisor monitoring quality, and no recruitment or HR liability for you. Cover is guaranteed by the operation rather than by one person’s attendance.

What kind of work can your assistants take on?

We specialise in transport and delivery operations, so the work we do best is operational: answering phones, taking and entering bookings, dispatching and tracking drivers, chasing confirmations, handling the inbox and live chat, and following up with customers.

We are not a general-purpose VA agency. If you need someone to run your personal calendar and book restaurants, we are the wrong fit and will say so.

Do your assistants work from home?

No, and this is deliberate. Every agent works from our supervised office in Lahore, on a floor under continuous CCTV.

That means client data never sits on a home network or a personal laptop, and supervision is live rather than a weekly check-in. It is the single biggest difference between us and a remote freelancer.

What hours do they work?

Whatever hours you need covered, including nights and weekends. Because we are in Pakistan, the overnight hours for the US and UK fall inside our working day — so the shift you find hardest to staff is a normal daytime shift here.

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly rate depending on the hours and the scope, typically under half the cost of one local hire. Never hourly billing, so a busy day never costs more than a quiet one.

There is no setup fee and no lock-in — month to month, thirty days’ notice.

Can we speak to the assistant before we commit?

Yes. Call +1 888 613 3313 and speak to the desk as if you were a customer, or ask us to arrange a video call with the person who would be assigned to you.

We would rather you tested us properly than took our word for it.
