Limousine dispatch service, around the clock.
Reservations by phone, email and text. Chauffeur assignment, live tracking and overnight changes handled inside your own software — for less than half the cost of one local dispatcher.
That second one is literal. Ring the number, book a trip as if you were a customer, and hear exactly how your callers would be treated.

One missed airport run costs more than a month of cover.
A corporate client calls at 2am to move a pickup. If nobody answers, the booking goes to whoever does — and the account often follows it.
Covering a desk properly for 24 hours a day, seven days a week takes roughly 4.2 full-time dispatchers once you account for holidays, sickness and rest days. Almost no fleet under thirty vehicles can carry that. So the real choice becomes your phone at midnight, or lost runs.
There is a third option.
Your reservations office, staffed overnight.
Bookings by phone
Live agents taking reservations, quotes and changes at any hour, entered straight into your system.
Email & text bookings
Enquiries answered and entered while your office is closed, so nothing waits until morning.
Chauffeur assignment
Runs allocated to the right driver, with your seniority rules and vehicle types respected.
Flight and vehicle tracking
Delayed flights and late vehicles spotted before the client rings you about them.
Dispatching
Jobs pushed out, confirmations chased, no-shows escalated and covered without waking you.
Live chat & inbox
Website chat and the reservations inbox handled by the same team that knows your fleet.
The same team every shift.
Answering services rotate whoever is free. That is why they never learn your regulars.
The same people every shift, learning your regular accounts, your chauffeurs and your airport runs.
Never per minute or per call. A ten-minute wedding enquiry costs the same as a thirty-second one.
Month to month, thirty days’ notice, no setup fee. Start with nights only and widen when you are ready.
Why limousine dispatch is different
Ground transport is not a business where a missed call is a small loss. A single airport transfer carries a fare worth several hundred dollars, and behind it usually sits a corporate account worth considerably more over a year. When a travel manager calls at 2am because a flight moved and nobody answers, they do not leave a voicemail. They call the next operator on their list.
That is the structural problem with running a small or mid-sized limo company. Demand does not follow office hours — red-eye arrivals, itinerary changes from clients in other time zones, and late-night corporate pickups all land outside the window you can realistically staff. But the cost of covering those hours properly is out of proportion to the fleet size.
What operators usually try first
- Taking calls themselves. Sustainable for a while, then it is not. Owners burn out, and the quality of a 3am answer is rarely what the account deserves.
- A generic answering service. Cheap, and it stops the phone ringing out. But the agent cannot access your software, so every call becomes a message that still needs actioning in the morning.
- Hiring an overnight dispatcher. Works, until they are ill, on holiday, or resign — and one person cannot cover seven nights a week anyway.
What an outsourced dispatch desk does instead
The distinction that matters is access. A dispatch team works inside your reservation system, which means a call at 2am ends with the booking entered, the chauffeur assigned and the client confirmed — not with a note for someone to deal with later.
Because the team is shared across a small number of accounts rather than dedicated to one, the cost of round-the-clock cover divides across several operators instead of landing on one payroll. That is the whole economic argument, and it is why a flat monthly rate can undercut a single local hire while covering four times the hours.
Markets we cover
We run overnight and full-cover desks for operators in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The timezone difference works in your favour: the hours you find hardest to staff fall inside our normal working day, so your overnight calls are answered by a rested team on a day shift rather than by someone fighting to stay awake.
Limousine dispatch, answered.
What is a limousine dispatch service?
An outsourced team that runs your reservations desk: taking bookings by phone, email and text, entering them into your own software, assigning the right chauffeur, tracking vehicles and handling changes as they come in.
It is different from a generic answering service, which takes a message and passes it on. A dispatch service does the work — the booking exists in your system by the time the call ends.
Do you work inside our existing booking software?
Yes, and that is the point. We work in the system you already run, so your records, reporting and chauffeur workflow stay exactly as they are. You give us access the same way you would a new member of staff.
We regularly work in the platforms US and UK operators use for reservations, dispatch and driver management, and we train on whatever you have — including custom or in-house systems.
How much does outsourced limo dispatch cost?
A flat monthly rate based on the hours you need covered and your call volume, typically under half the cost of one local hire. Never per minute and never per call, so a long booking conversation never costs you extra.
For comparison, a single in-house dispatcher in the US runs roughly $50,000 to $60,000 a year fully loaded, and genuine round-the-clock cover needs about 4.2 of them once holidays, sickness and rest days are counted.
Where is your team based?
Lahore, Pakistan. We are a division of Grasp Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and we say so plainly, because you would find out anyway and because our team is the reason clients stay.

Which countries do you cover?
We run desks for operators in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Our timezone is an advantage rather than an obstacle: your overnight is our working day, so the hours you find hardest to staff are covered by a fully rested team on a normal shift.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week. Most of that is us learning your rules — your regular accounts, your chauffeurs, your pricing, how you like difficult calls handled. Most operators begin with nights and weekends only, month to month, and widen the hours once it is running well.
Tell us which hours hurt the most.
We will come back with what covering them would cost and how the first week would run. No obligation, no pressure.
